I have to give a review when credit is due!I and it is due, from the ladies at the front desk Mia & Rani who were so welcoming and professional! To Dr. Lin and her assistants in the back were all great! Arlyne, oh she was fantastic! Did my x-rays, assisted with my cleaning. I was so comfortable in her hands, I felt like a friend of mine was examining my teeth 😆 which I love when interactions aren’t stale, makes the experience a more fun and pleasant one! Mia then during the wrap up of my appt, was so clear and thorough! She was so easy to understand when she was explaining upcoming treatment plans, gave me a full break down and had my packet, printed out, and ready to go I can’t thank these ladies enough for all their help today! Be back guys!

Silverado Dentistry for an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed, cared for, and truly seen. thank you to my dr. Karimzada for her kindness, patience, and expertise—you made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy. To assistant Arlyne, your gentle care, patience, and attention to detail made my visit so much easier. From helping me feel comfortable in the chair, explaining each step, and checking in on me throughout the procedure, you went above and beyond. I truly appreciate all the kindness and support you gave me. And to Miss Mia omg I just love you 💖 From the moment I called to schedule my appointment to the moment I walked out, you were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. After a long search of finding the right dental office, I can officially say I've found THE one! Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and with a huge smile from the two ladies at the front desk. Since I had filled out my paperwork before my appointment (brownie points if you have them filled beforehand), it was a quick check-in process and I waited about 5 minutes before I was called. The lady who took my x-rays was very kind and explained the process very thoroughly. She noticed we shared the same birthday, and we connected as birthday twins! Once the process was over, she directed me to my room. Dr. Karimzada and Jenny, the hygienist, made me feel really comfortable in the chair. Jenny is so gentle that I almost fell asleep while she was cleaning my teeth! Dr. Karimzada had recommendations on care, but Mia from the front desk took the time to walk me through pricing, and there was no pressure to turn down treatment I didn't want done the same day. Overall, each staff member is incredibly hospitable and takes the time to answer questions you may have. I highly recommend this office if your dental needs!
